Frequently Asked Questions

We pride ourselves on how clean our rentals are when our guests check in. Some of our rentals take a bit longer to clean than others. To ensure your rental is as immaculate as the day it was built we give our cleaners the most possible time to clean a residence. In order to do this, our check in time is 4 pm on your scheduled date of arrival unless exceptions are made ahead of time. 

Not all of our residences are pet friendly, but some of our owners will consider having your pet as their guest. It never hurts to ask us, chances are for a little bit larger deposit and a well-behaved dog the owner would be more than happy to have you bring Fido along.  

Each of our residences has a set limit on the amount of people the owner feels comfortable with hosting in their home, as well as following town and village ordinances. If you have specific concerns on the amount of people please let us know. We will be more than happy to try to help accommodate everyone. 

All of our rentals are appointed with the necessary linens, towels, and cooking utensils. We do recommend you bring some beach towels to take to the water with you on your vacation. If a crib or high chair is needed we will be more than happy to make arrangements so that there is one available upon your arrival.  Each of our residences has a set limit on the amount of people the owner feels comfortable with hosting in their home, as well as following town and village ordinances.
